CC-BY 4.0 license means that user MUST credit you so description and metadata aren't synced and consider using zip files they are more portable... You can provide both zip and rar files at the same time

The answer is no, i have never used GB studio sadly, however i would gladly remake/convert/make new sound effects for you. after a small amount of research on GBS, it appears they use .uge now? I could be wrong but the program looks very interesting.
